1. APPOINTMENT
Our dedicated Welcome Team will arrange a new patient consultation at a time convenient for you.
2. CLINICAL CONSULTATION
During your first visit, you will be requested to complete a dental and medical history questionnaire. This will be followed by a comprehensive oral health assessment including oral cancer screening. Digital photographs, impressions and x-rays may be taken with your consent. No treatment is provided at this relaxed and informative consultation. Importantly it is a two way process in which we can guide you through a series of options which best suit your specific needs.
3. TREATMENT PLANNING
Your dentist will then explain and create a bespoke treatment plan focusing on your objectives, detailing options and costs. We are committed to ensuring patients make an informed decision and there is no pressure to make any decision until you have fully considered your options.
4. TREATMENT
Once you have made your decision to commence treatment, the process begins in accordance with the plan prepared and agreed between you and your dentist.
5. AFTERCARE
Our experienced team of dentists deliver the highest standards of clinical care using the best materials, dental laboratories and state of the art technology. Our team are readily available to help and advise where required.
6. PAYMENT
At Cranmore we are committed to formulating a financial plan that suits you and your budget. We offer a Membership Plan and finance options are also available.
